This is one of the worst Catholic school in Orange County ! Most of the teachers here are young, inexperienced, unqualified graduates who usually do not assign enough homework daily to their students. The teachers also do not provide enough tests or quizzes to their students throughout the school year. PE teachers lazily did not post all his 4th-8th grades students’ grades until the last two days of the trimesters. There are no Music, Art, Spanish teachers for all students at this school. And parents are also required to work too many hours (64 hours) for Bingo, Festival, and other school activities in a school year. The principal failed to punish the bullies appropriately since they were the school VIP parents’ children. The principal also failed to monitor and modify her teachers’ behaviors and teaching methods even after receiving several complaints from many parents. I would not ever recommend this school to anyone since any child can get a better education at any public school.

Yup, totally agree with everything with the other reviewer said. I feel like I'm in Compton with gangsters hanging out at all hours of the day/night.... loud noises and music. How are these people living without a job. They seemed to be at home all the time. Good to know that I am not the only person who has the same complaints.

  • My daughter is in first grade at Willmore Language Academy, and I am happy I found this school at the perfect time. Previously, I had her at a very nice and very expensive private school because I thought they were the only ones who offered a Spanish-English Dual Immersion Program in Huntington Beach, then I discovered Willmore, which is 10 minutes from my home. I was ecstatic when I found out that along with their Spanish-English Dual Immersion Program my daughter would also learn to code with the Code to the Future Program that Willmore has in place for all students, which will make her a multilingual and multiliterate citizen, which is a fantastic credential. The school provides a safe and supportive environment. The reason behind this is because Willmore has dedicated and highly qualified teachers and staff that are very caring and approachable making it an inviting place for students to learn. In addition, parent involvement is increasing through the Parent Teacher Association (PTA) and other activities like the monthly Coffee with the Principal. These are great ways to become involved as a parent at the school. Finally and most importantly: My daughter loves going to school and is progressing towards becoming a caring individual, a great citizen and a confident leader thanks to the education she is receiving at Willmore.
